Another Easter has come and gone and each year gets more fun! Anna's daycare had an egg hunt on Thursday that was too wonderful (see picture above). Then over the weekend we went to the zoo, colored eggs (see other picture) and made cookies that Anna painted with food coloring. We went to Grandma and Papa's on Sunday and played hard with cousin Ryan and got to meet his guinea pig, Scooby. It was a good weekend.
She also announced this weekend that she has strong muscles, she's getting big, and that she's growing up. But not everything about her is so strong...
After school today, as we were driving home, Anna said, "I'm sick, Mommy."
Mommy: "Oh, no. What hurts?"
Anna: "My feelings."
Mommy: "Your feelings hurt?"
Anna: "Yeah. I need a band-aid for it."
